Privacy Policy

1. Prize reservations may be made from June 16, 2023, to June 30, 2023.

2. The dates to be reserved will range from June 16, 2023 to July 31, 2023.

3. Prizes subject to availability.

4. Prizes are non-transferable.

5. The prizes will be used exclusively for your wedding at Ágata Hotel Boutique & Spa.

6. Terrace rental INCLUDING Ágata is for 5 hours; the event time cannot be later than 10:30 pm. Overtime is available at $3,000.00 MXN per hour.

7. The music provided by the hotel will be the SONOS audio system.

8. Photos included with @bobby.hereje are for 3 hours with 100 deliverable photos.

9. The first place award must be held within the following dates:
July 1, 2, 9, 15, 29 and 30
It consists of a Floral Arrangement that includes:
1 Ceremony Installation
2 Bouquets and/or 2 Boutunnieres
4 Arrangements for highchairs
Floral decoration for a table of 20 people
You'll be able to choose the overall event design from four different mood board styles, which we'll provide when we announce the winners.
All bases, accessories, and vases belong to Xochipilli Estudio Floral . Therefore, table arrangements, stools, and ceremony setup are not permitted. However, guests are free to take only the flowers at the end of the event.

10. The cold cuts and cheese board provided by Laura Millan Events will contain:
